CRIMINAL COMPLIANCE
The compliance to the law in force and the GTM policies are the basis to the development in our business activity. Therefore, our business group has a prevention and criminal risk management system.
This system sets the grounds and organisational support needed to prevent, detect and correct possible behaviours that breach the current legislation that could occur within the Group companies and that could cause criminal liability of the legal person.
For this purpose, management, the employees, the customers, the suppliers and other stakeholders have a COMPLAINT CHANNEL at their disposal, an on-line site through which all the irregular behaviours can be reported and denounced, those that breach the Law or the GTM internal regulations (Ethics Code, Criminal Compliance Policies, Corporate Policies…).
Such Channel will enable the handling of the complaints, ensuring confidentiality and, where applicable, the anonymity of the user’s identity and the monitoring of the complaint without prior registering needed, using a direct, safe and friendly line with the Compliance Committee.
